What do I actually get?
You get the plan: structure, navigation and labels. Your designer or developer builds it, and I check it once it’s live. Everything is delivered in writing, so you can pass it straight on.
Do you design or build websites?
No. I work on how your site is organised, not how it looks or how it’s coded. I’m happy to work alongside your designer or developer.
What do I need to send you?
Your site’s address and what’s frustrating you about it. For a Site Restructure quote, roughly how many pages it has.
How long does it take?
A Page Review usually takes about a week. A Structure Audit depends on the size of your site. I confirm your date when you book, and a Site Restructure follows the timeline in your quote. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, not counting public holidays.
Do we need a call?
No. Everything happens in writing, so you can read it when it suits you and share it with your team.
How do the credits work?
A Page Review fee comes off a Structure Audit booked within a month. A Structure Audit fee comes off a Site Restructure quote accepted within a month.
What if it isn’t the right fix?
You still get what you paid for. If the work shows a different service is the right one for your site, I finish what you booked, tell you what I found, and put your fee toward the service that fits.
